Attention Fundraising Companies
The following are Hagemann Elementary Parent Organization's (HPO) procedures for qualifications to be considered as a candidate for a fundraising opportunity.
- Your company should send a packet with the following information to Hagemann Elementary School.
- Catalog of products including price list and order form
- Percentage of profit to HPO
- Procedures on taking orders and deliveries
- Incentive programs offered
- The packet should be addressed to the Vice President of Ways and Means or Fundraising Coordinator
- All applicants for the Fall Fundraiser should be received by the first week of January.
- Please do not directly contact the HPO board members or school via phone or e-mail. Your fundraising opportunity will be discussed at the monthly HPO meeting and if there is interest, your company will be asked to give a brief 15 minute presentation at one of the meetings.
- You will be contacted whether your company is selected or not.
